Grace Yoga is Vinyasa (flow) based yoga classes open to all levels, new to experienced. Grace Yoga came out of a desire to find connection through movement & yoga in Katy. Everyone is welcome. The Tuesday class is 75 minutes and held outdoors, rain or shine in the Grand Lakes covered Pavilion off Fry Road & Grand Trace. Wednesday, at Luke's Locker is just 60 minutes at 5.15am. Classes are $5 drop in Bring a mat, water, any props you like to use (block, blanket or strap) and an open heart & mind.
